Chief Executive OfficerA Birmingham native, Jeff Brooks has been a prominent figure in the Southeastern Real Estate market for almost 30+ years, working on all levels of commercial real estate. In 1993, Brooks established Brooks Development Corporation in which he began his focus on multifamily real estate. It was during this time that Brooks developed a relationship with Karlton Jackson, CEO of JMG Realty which is till in place today.
In 2002, Brooks founded HighPoint Holdings, LLC and has since grown the company into a high-performance investment firm, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and small private equity groups. In nearly 20+ years, the company has invested over $1 billion of equity across approximately 30 multifamily properties all over the United States. Valuing the opportunity to align itself with the best in class, HighPoint has enjoyed steady growth over the past 2 decades. Brooks’ conservative approach to investment has allowed him to forge strong relationships with his clients and continues to partner with JMG Realty on a regular basis. Steadily managing relationships and expectations allows HighPoint Holdings to continually grow its strong and loyal client base all over the US.
Brooks lives in Birmingham with his wife Donna and is a proud father to 4 children, Austin, Cameron, Kalen, and Kenley. In addition to spending time with his family, Brooks enjoys hunting and fishing and is an avid supporter both Send Me Refuge and Just Keep Smiling charities.
