A Birmingham, Alabama native, Austin Brooks graduated from Samford University in 2008 with a B.A. in management and a concentration in finance.  Brooks came to HighPoint Holdings from Panama City Beach, FL where he served as Executive Director for the Gulf Coast Charity Celebration Association, Inc.

During his time with the Charity Celebration Association, Brooks focused his concentration on cultivating relationships to enhance private and public sponsorship contributions for the Charity.  Additionally, he managed multiple financial accounts, prepared all 501(c)3 tax documents, negotiated contracts, corresponded with Congressional and U.S.D.A. officials and organized logistics for all charity events. At HighPoint, Brooks is primarily responsible for developing and implementing growth opportunities within the company and between organizations while also nurturing current client relationships.  Additionally, Brooks is involved with collaborating on business strategy, evaluating business performance, and maximizing the company’s reach and potential.

Brooks currently resides in Birmingham with his wife, Lindsey and their two children Kennedy and Turner. The Brooks family actively attends Church of the Highlands – Grandview Campus where Mr. and Mrs. Brooks have served in multiple roles on the Highlands Dream Team.  Mr. Brooks is a long-standing board member for the Alabama Policy Institute and serves in an advisory role for local Birmingham charity, Just Keep Smiling.
