JLL has arranged the $60 million sale of Highlands Viera West, a 240-unit multifamily property in Melbourne, just due southeast of Orlando.
Located at 2185 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, the apartments are positioned near Florida’s Space Coast, a fast-growing high-tech cluster. The community consists of a two- and three-story, elevator-served garden apartment property. Amenities include a fitness center, clubroom and resort-style pool. The property was constructed in 2008.
Jay Ballard and Ken DelVillar of JLL represented the seller, JMG Realty Inc., in the transaction. The buyer was an affiliate of The ConAm Group.
