Jeff has been a prominent figure in the Southeastern Real Estate market for almost 30 years. In 1983, Jeff began with Metropolitan Properties, working on all levels of brokerage and commercial real estate with an emphasis on tenant representations. Six years later, Jeff formed his own firm: Brooks, Mulkey & Partners, a commercial real estate development firm specializing in retail and multi-family developments. It was during this time that Jeff also developed a working partnership with JMG Realty of Atlanta and its CEO, Karlton Jackson. Brooks, Mulkey & Partners accomplished a tremendous amount of success in a short time period, and actively sought opportunities all over the Southeast.

In 1993, Jeff established Brooks Development Corporation to focus primarily on multi-family real estate investment, creating one-of-a-kind investment opportunities for a number of clients. During his time, he continued to further his relationship with JMG Realty sourcing transactions for several large equity investors such as CitiGroup, Reef and Polar-BEK.

In 2002, Jeff founded HighPoint Holdings, and has since grown the company into a high-performance investment firm, focusing on high net worth individuals and small private equity groups. In ten years, the company has closed over a half billion dollars of Class-A multifamily properties all over the United States. Valuing the opportunity to align itself with the best in class, HighPoint has enjoyed steady growth over the past decade. Jeff’s conservative approach to investment has allowed him to forge strong relationships with his clients, and continues to partner with JMG Realty on a regular basis. Steadily managing relationships and expectations allows HighPoint Holdings to continually grow its strong and loyal client base all over the US.
